Your $250 deposit today orders your whole beef directly from us. The total cost, including cutting and wrapping is dependent on the current market, and based on the hanging weight of the share you've purchased. A whole beef will hang at around 640 pounds.
Your balance (deposit will be applied to the total) will be due at the time of beef pick up. Your deposit is non-refundable. Read each section in this product description to get all of the info you need. You will have 15 days from the time you are notified your beef is freezer ready to pick up, or forfeit your deposit and your beef.
If paying by invoice electronically (by credit card), we cannot split the payment between multiple parties. One party must pay us directly. If paying by cash or check, payments from multiple parties may be received.

Your deposit orders your whole, half, or quarter beef from Post 5 Cattle Co. The deposit will be applied to the total amount, due at time of beef pick up. Contact us before you order for the current market price (based on hanging weight, includes cutting & wrapping charge. See FAQ for details).
The deposit is non-refundable. Upon ordering, you will be contacted by us to fill out a cutting & wrapping sheet (selecting cuts of steaks, roasts, steak thickness, roast weights, and ground beef package weights, etc.), and determine a pick-up date.
