This box of a variety of steaks and ground beef is so perfect, we named it after a favorite area of farm ground and pasture on the Timm Bros ranch (where Will grew up and his family still lives and ranches), with it's hairpin-tight roads and scenic views. Cows winter on what remains from grain harvest and have their calves in this peaceful slice of northeastern Washington.
Anyway, there is such a thing as the perfect winter pasture and the perfect assortment of steaks and ground beef. We call both The Caldwell. This box contains 10 lbs of ground beef and 7 lbs of assorted steaks and a roast.

THE CALDWELL - 17 LBS
We ship beef boxes via UPS. The shipping rates are calculated by the total weight of your purchase (beef box weight, plus any add-on beef packages you choose). The beef boxes are insulated and packed with dry ice that will keep beef frozen for multiple days. We are currently able to ship to Washington state, Oregon, Idaho and California. Washington shipping rates are calculated automatically at check out. OR, ID, and CA customers, select the "OR/ID/CA" shipping option at check out and we will contact you with the accurate rate.
We ship Monday - Thursday, so orders submitted Friday - Sunday will not ship until the first part of the next week to guarantee two-day shipping. Please unbox and place your beef under freezer or refrigeration temperature immediately.
If for some reason you are concerned about the packaging or safety of your beef when it arrives, please contact us. Once you receive your beef and inspect it for order accuracy and confirm it arrived frozen, it is up to you to store, thaw, and cook safely.
