The beef we offer direct to you comes from cattle our family has raised with care. From "birth to box" we breed, raise and feed cattle with the goal of offering the highest quality beef, consistently. We know you'll appreciate the knowledge, effort, and care behind each package you thaw.

We are currently offering our beef by the share of a whole, half or quarter of a Post 5 Cattle Co. raised steer. You'll choose your own adventure in steaks, roasts, ground beef, and special cuts that will make you do the full freezer happy dance (it's a thing). Fill out the special request form to inquire about smaller quantities available for pick up in Ephrata.
